Linda Matthews joined the BioCare in 2001 and has been integral in the company’s phenomenal growth trajectory over the past 19+ years. As CEO, she has cultivated a culture that is steeped in customer and patient centricity, which includes high-touch and highly responsive customer service. She’s a proven leader who understands how to deliver results while fostering a collaborative and progressive culture.

Andrew Kirk, MBA
Andrew Kirk, MBA CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Andrew Kirk currently serves as BioCare’s Chief Revenue Officer. He brings a wealth of experience to the company, with more than 20 years in healthcare. He’s held escalating roles in sales and sales leadership throughout his career. During his tenure with the organization, he’s guided it through contract expansion strategies and has been one of the key architects in the company’s rapidly expanding business.

Tom Hart
Tom Hart CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Tom serves as BioCare’s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for designing and implementing policies to promote the brand’s culture and visions, along with overseeing operations for BioCareSD, CanyonCareRx, and LogiCare3PL to grow the businesses strategically and ensure an exceptional customer experience. His focus and work philosophy weaves strategy, operational excellence, and execution together to drive the best possible outcomes. Prior to joining BioCareSD, Tom served as the Chief Operations Officer for Benco Dental, the nation’s largest privately-owned dental distributor, where he led a team of several hundred colleagues dedicated to providing an excellent patient experience. Tom has also held multiple senior roles during his decade-long experience at McKesson, during which he led customer service, vaccines, Six Sigma, specialty distribution, and more.

Peggy Yena
Peggy Yena VICE PRESIDENT OF QUALITY

As Vice President of Quality for BioCare, Peggy oversees quality management, change management and compliance. She is responsible for leading and executing the company’s quality strategy and goals to best serve BioCare’s customers. In addition, she evaluates compliance and quality metrics to determine the need for corrective actions and drive continuous improvements. Since joining the BioCare team, she has been a critical player behind strategic compliance objectives. In her previous role, Peggy served as the Vice President of IT Compliance, Quality Assurance and Data Management at Caris Life Sciences, where she represented IT in all regulatory agency audits and is credited with a transformation that led to CAP accreditation and a 275% lift in revenue. She has extensive experience in Quality & Compliance, Change Management, Audits (CAP, FDA, CLIA, NABP, State Board of Pharmacy, DDA, Supply Chain) and a thorough understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) administration. A trusted advisor, Peggy has a long history of building strong cross functional relationships, leading multi-disciplinary teams and fostering creativity and collaboration.

Kathleen Hopping
Kathleen Hopping VICE PRESIDENT OF REGULATORY AFFAIRS

As Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, Kathleen drives strategic quality and regulatory direction for BioCare. She oversees systems for regulatory submissions, document control, change management, audits and inspections, deviation management and supplier qualification. She provides oversight of all interactions with regulating authorities, and also serves as the Privacy Officer for the organization. A creative mind with extensive experience in quality/regulatory in the healthcare industry, she was previously the Director of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs at Vitalant, where she served in an enterprise role supporting blood services’ activities including recruitment, collections, manufacturing, center testing, storage and distribution.

Jeff Beck, BS

As BioCare’s Chief Development Officer, Jeff Beck brings us over 20 years of industry experience. He has earned a reputation as a trusted partner for his clients and a principled leader for his internal team. Jeff is widely known in the biopharmaceutical industry for delivering comprehensive and thoughtful solutions for the complex challenges his customers are facing.

Barbara Pantazopoulos, MS
Barbara Pantazopoulos, MS VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

Barbara Pantazopoulos comes to BioCare with over 15 years of experience developing global brands across the pharmaceutical, consumer package goods and service industries. She currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications and sits on the executive committee. She is known for being a results-driven leader with high-performing teams, often in highly competitive and challenging environments.

Cory Shouse
Cory Shouse SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Cory serves as BioCare’s Senior Vice President of Information Technology and is responsible for defining the IT strategic vision in support of business strategy, while also providing end-to-end IT support for the BioCare brands including BioCareSD, CanyonCareRx and LogiCare3PL. His focus includes driving optimal business outcomes through the use of data and analytics, enhancing customer experience and technology innovation. With extensive experience in analytics technology, Cory is a proven leader who combines technical knowledge with strategic acumen to bring about meaningful change. He has been responsible for the development, integration and implementation of numerous IT capabilities across multiple Fortune 200 healthcare companies.

As Vice President National Accounts, Sean Jeffries brings over 15 years of healthcare experience to the BioCare team. He’s held escalating roles in sales, sales leadership and National Accounts throughout his career within public and private organizations focusing on innovative contracting solutions. He is known for being results oriented leader focused on delivering clinical and economic value to his customers and the patients we mutually serve.

Scott Steinman, MBA
Scott Steinman, MBA CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Scott Steinman joins BioCare as Chief Financial Officer. He is a licensed CPA in the United States and in Canada with over 30 years of experience. Scott is an outcome focused professional building private and public organizations for consistent market leading growth across multiple industry sectors including healthcare, aerospace/defense, automotive & agriculture. He has demonstrated success engaging high performing teams across broad financial and operational roles promoting continual focus on servicing all stakeholders with absolute fiduciary care and achievement of shared success. Scott holds an MBA from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario and completed his undergraduate studies in Accounting from Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario.

Pam Wiltz is responsible the strategy and successful execution of sales plan to expand the alternate site market. Pam has more than 20 years of sales and management experience. She joined BioCare in 2005 as an account manager, moving to sales leadership roles of increasing responsibility. She has consistently exceeded target sales goals throughout her career, and is known for developing and leading strong teams.

As the Director of Sales for Acute Care, Randy Morgan came to BioCare over 5 years ago with a 20-year track record of proven sales results. Over the course of his career, he has consistently built year-over-year growth in all types of market conditions and delivered multimillion-dollar sales gains to the companies he serves. He has been recognized with multiple leadership awards, including Area Manager of the Year and Region of the Year.
