Jill has a track record of delivering business results and is known for her ability to drive cultural change, improve efficiencies, and enhance employee engagement. As a functional thought leader, she works closely across all departments to foster a culture of collaboration and growth. She is also the co-lead on BioCare’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council.
